JOB DESCRIPTION: SUMMARY OF POSITION Connects with clients and partners in the community to provide education and linkage to the TREAT program. The Outreach Clinician will be responsible for developing relationships with schools in the catchment area, organizing training opportunities with partners, and assisting with the coordination of the Advisory Council. Completes assessments, conducts crisis evaluations, and maintains a small caseload as indicated. Provides case management services.
