Area Work Supervisor

We currently have an opportunity for an Area Works Supervisor. Join our Government and Infrastructure Management team and play a key role in supporting the coordinated delivery of works and services, working closely with subcontractors and internal stakeholders to achieve quality outcomes. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll contribute to delivering reliable, well‑managed services that support our essential operations. This role is well suited to people who enjoy planning, problem‑solving and building positive working relationships. What You’ll Do: This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: - Plan and scope works in line with client standards, delivering projects safely, on time and within budget. - Coordinate day ‑ to ‑ day project activities, including property scoping and engagement with external delivery partners. - Monitor work quality to ensure it meets contractual, client and company expectations. - Track and support the achievement of contractual KPIs. - Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and act as a key point of contact for enquiries.
