About the Opportunity: RACV is seeking an Operations & Improvement Analyst to play a critical role in supporting the Business Care product. This role combines high‑volume operational processing with analytics, reporting and continuous improvement, helping ensure strong BAU performance, billing accuracy and excellent customer outcomes. Working closely with operational, finance and technology teams, you’ll analyse data, identify recurring issues, and help deliver practical process and system improvements—while also being hands‑on with Salesforce, invoicing and core operational workflows.
