Overview HealthPro Heritage has a PRN Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (LPTA) Opportunity in Fairfield, IL. As a PTA in this role, you will provide outpatient therapy services to adult residents of an assisted living facility . While patients live within the community, therapy is delivered in an onsite outpatient clinic setting. - Wage Range: $39-$43 per hour (based on experience) - Consistent Hours: 2 days per week (3-4 hours) - Work with a Caring and Collaborative team! - Float options to additional sites available.
