Voted one of the top food trucks in the Fairfield County/NY metro area, the Colony Grill “Hot Oil Rig” is a custom-built, fully self-contained pizza truck that delivers our signature thin-crust bar-style pizzas and Colony’s exceptional hospitality to house parties, corporate outings, and community events. The Truck Lead is responsible for the overall operations of the Colony Grill Pizza Truck (also known as “The Hot Oil Rig”) to ensure total guest satisfaction while increasing profitability and brand awareness by way of excellent execution of operational standards. He/she also optimizes profits by controlling food, beverage, and labor costs, and ensures guest satisfaction with prompt problem resolution. Additionally, the truck lead assists with training and inspiration of other truck staff, consistently emphasizing our mission, attributes, and commandments.
