Description Operational Technology (OT) Engineer will assist our automation and Distributed Control Systems (DCS) customers in developing, delivering, maintaining, and optimizing state-of-the-art automation and advanced controls solutions. Operational Technology Engineer Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Work with our customers to become a Trusted Advisor by: - Actively listening, communicating, and developing solutions to accomplish customer’s objectives. - Taking an active leading role in cooperatively working with internal and external customers to develop effective and innovative solutions to customer issues. - Providing ongoing site support, which may include: - Distributed Control System configuration, commissioning, startup, and tuning. - Distributed Control System, field instrumentation, and system related troubleshooting and problem resolution. - Developing optimized and advanced Loop tuning strategies and lead implementation. - Creating and managing interfaces to PLCs, drives, and various control bus networks. - Performing advanced cybersecurity maintenance. - Setting up and configuring Microsoft Windows administrator functions across complex systems and layer archit...
