Description Cardinal Point Captains, Inc. (CPC) is seeking an experienced and qualified Vessel Captain to provide Seaborne Target Operations & Maintenance (O&M) support for the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons, Pacific Target and Marine Operations Division. The proposed candidate shall possess expertise in marine operations and maintenance, with experience as a vessel captain and knowledge in HAZMAT handling, Quality Assurance, small vessel operations, and mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems in the marine environment. Skilled in navigation, vessel maneuvering, crew coordination, and ensuring compliance with maritime regulations and safety protocols. This is a Part-Time, On-Call position requiring daily reporting to the designated facility and may involve travel to remote locations, working in at-sea and/or dockside environments, and occasional overnight assignments.
