The Service Operations Engineer I (Robotics) supports the pre‑delivery inspection (PDI), configuration, testing, and readiness of robotic surgical systems prior to customer delivery. This is a highly hands‑on, onsite role focused on real equipment, real problems, and real‑time troubleshooting—not desk‑based design work. This role is ideal for early‑career engineers who enjoy the physical aspect of preparing hardware for delivery , learning systems deeply, and contributing directly to product readiness.
