As HR Administration Manager, you will be responsible for personnel-related and administrative matters at the Ovivo Aqua Austria locations in Raaba-Grambach (near Graz) and Kaunas (Lithuania). How you'll make an impact: Support: You are a competent contact person for our employees and managers in all personnel-related, employment law and contractual issues Recruiting: You accompany the entire recruiting process from job posting to onboarding Administration: You maintain the personnel master data, create service contracts and all other documents in the HR area HR processes: Support and development of all HR processes, such as time recording, project time recording, preparation of data for external payroll accounting in Austria and Lithuania, travel expense reports Personnel development: Support in the further development of our team and the promotion of talents Other: Processing assignments (long term and short term) to our international sister companies, A1 applications, expat insurance, DBA rolls, calculation of personnel provisions, preparation of personnel...
