Thompson First Group is seeking an Industrial Engineer for a direct hire role with a local client in Millsboro, DE Candidates that have experience as working in the poultry industry and have working in an Industrial Engineering role are encouraged to apply. Major Duties & Responsibilities: - Leads efficiency improvement projects and analyzes complex production workflows. Conducts root cause analyses and design process modifications to enhance productivity. Develops and implements lean manufacturing, Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives. Oversees cost reduction projects and provides solutions for capacity and layout challenges. Collaborates closely with operations and maintenance teams to reduce downtime and improve yields. Provides guidance on best practices and methodologies. - Works with internal customers to analyze operations, implements process improvements, - and develops and maintains labor standards.
