R&D Strategy Manager

Would you like to work with strategy development and execution in one of the industry’s most active R&D organizations? Join us in GN’s R&D Strategy & Management Office. You will work closely together with our Development Centers and Cross-R&D Functions in advancing our strategic agenda and collaborate closely with the GN Strategy team and other Functions of Scale ensuring a tight link to the overall GN strategy. As Strategy Manager in the R&D Strategy & Management Office, you lead or work with strategic initiatives that deliver better business results for R&D, contributing directly to our purpose of Bringing People Closer at GN. Your contribution is appreciated, and you will: Oversee strategy implementation and connect the dots Provide leadership support to R&D Leadership Team Identify strategic change initiatives as part of strategy execution, and connect the dots to our corporate strategy and long-term aspirations Support and help implement these strategic change initiatives across R&D, including stakeholder engagement, planning, implementing, measuring, and anchoring changes in the culture and processes Secure input and alignment with collaboration partners outside of R&D, such...
