Position: Evening/Weekend Custodian Department: Finance & Administrative Services: Type of Position: Part-time Regular: Exemption Status: Non-Exempt: Work Schedule, Hours per week: Saturday and Sunday, 6pm to 12am, 25 hours per week. Required to work two other scheduled days, Monday to Friday, 6pm to 12am. Opportunity for hybrid schedule: No: Starting Salary Range: $15.34-$18.61 and determined based on relevant years of work experience provided on application and resume. Position Summary: Conduct custodial duties and perform daily cleaning tasks, contributing to maintaining a clean environment for students, staff, faculty, and visitors to Johnson County Community College (JCCC). Required Qualifications: - Requires a High School Diploma. - Perform routine cleaning and sanitizing duties. - Duties may include dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming. - Ensure equipment is cleaned and stored following use. - Replenish products and supplies in assigned area. - Alert appropriate personnel concerning the need for repairs or additions to building operating systems. - Notify supervisor of need to order various cleaning supplies and equipment. - Remove and dispose of debris or tr...
