What you’ll be doing: You will provide professional employee relations advice and case management support across ScottishPower UK businesses, helping managers apply people policies fairly, consistently and in line with employment legislation and best practice. The role involves managing a wide range of employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinary matters, attendance management, performance improvement, and appeals , ensuring each case is handled with appropriate judgement , procedural fairness and clear risk assessment. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers, guiding them through sensitive and complex people issues and supporting early resolution wherever possible to minimise escalation and risk.
