A few reasons to consider GE - 10% pay differential for 2nd/3rd shift. - Healthcare Benefits eligible on day one of employment - 12 annual paid holidays; vacation eligible at day 30 of employment - Climate-controlled building out of the elements - Tuition reimbursement benefit - 401K with company match Essential Responsibilities: Requirements include. - Complete machine set-up and load tools as required - Utilize tool room equipment such as Bridgeport Mills, engine lathers, surface and internal grinding equipment, hand tools, drills, saws, insert tooling, etc. - Ability to read blueprints, hand sketches, and specs. Ability to use CAD or other digital design tools to document ideas or work closely with an engineer to complete this task - Perform Jaw cutting and re-cutting. - Set fixture offsets as required. - Verify correct tool hardware, tool diameter, tool radius, drill length, and end mills. - Verify accuracy of tool offset changes as needed. - Perform pe...
