Description The Electrical Assistant Estimator supports the estimating team in preparing accurate cost estimates for electrical projects. This role involves analyzing project specifications, assisting in bid preparation, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Major Duties: · Assist in reviewing project plans and specifications to identify scope and requirements. · Gather and organize data for cost estimation, including material, labor, and overhead costs. · Help prepare detailed estimates and proposals for electrical projects under the guidance of senior estimators. · Assist in conducting site visits to assess project conditions and gather necessary information. · Maintain an organized database of past projects and cost estimates for reference. · Collaborate with team members to develop accurate take-offs and quantity surveys. · Support the preparation of bid documents and presentations for clients.
