Job description

Responsible for providing support of HSEQ compliance, management plans and procedures across a range of Construction and Remediation projects - Exposure to Defence & Construction remediation projects - Car allowance provided - Must have Australian Citizenship for Defence site access THE ROLE: - Assist project teams in the preparation and implementation of HSEQ documentation, including Management Plans and Risk Assessments - Manage incidents and prepare investigation reports using the ICAM methodology - Administer incident and hazard reporting processes in accordance with company procedures - Support management in promoting a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace culture - Conduct regular HSEQ site inspections and audits, ensuring compliance and identifying improvement opportunities - Coach site teams on the effective delivery of pre‑start meetings and toolbox talks - Coordinate HSEQ training programs, including maintaining competency standards and training records - Analyse HSEQ performance data, contribute to reporting, and support system updates and continuous improvement initiatives - Maintain the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS) to accredited stan...
