Job description: Touchstone Commercial Building Services is an established company located in Longmont and looking to hire a professional HVAC Service Technician to join our team. Our primary clients are commercial and industrial property managers, property owners, and clients residing in these buildings. We work directly with property management teams to maintain their buildings professionally. *Willing to pay for relocation for the right candidate. Must be USA-based.* Qualifications: ·4-5 years of Commercial HVAC Service Experience. · High School Diploma or greater. · Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record. · Must pass background check & drug screening. · Must have strong skillset of commercial HVAC products, installation, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and mechanical understanding. · Strong understanding of HVAC equipment operations and functions. · EPA Refrigerant handling certification. · Great communication skills with tenants, clients and coworkers. · Strong work ethic and self-motivated to be productive and to do the right thing. · Strong analytical and logic skills.
