About the job: Our shipping and receiving coordinator works with our internal teams and external vendors to ensure our packages are delivered to our cafes and to our guests accurately. This is a full-time, hourly position. You will be a critical member of the production department, a team united by the basic love of producing great coffee. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday from 10am - 6:30pm. You will: - Communicate among Blue Bottle facilities and coordinate with internal delivery teams and third-party shipping and delivery vendors. - Create, manage, and receive delivery schedules to be shared with all departments and external vendors. - Use Netsuite and other systems to verify all inbound items are accurate and match the Purchase Order provided. - Promptly notify internal departments of delivery arrivals. - Partner with regional managers and teammates to ensure accurate and timely delivery to ea...
