As a Derivative Operations Documentation Analyst, in Market Operations Team, you'll be responsible for managing daily tasks and remediation activities while leading process improvement. Job responsibilities: Ensure the confirmation process follows the Bank’s compliance, audit and legal policies. - Draft structured confirmations using trade risk management systems and terms sheets. - Understand structured products and the respective legal documentation requirements, including, but not limited to, long-form confirmations, Transaction Supplements and Master Confirmation Agreements. - Drive efficiency in the current process and identify incorrect booking practices and educate Middle Office on the impact. - Manage workflow in a queue, ensuring that allocations are managed in a timely manner. - Ensure drafting is checked for accuracy of financial details and ISDA language and are in accordance with JPMorgan and market standards. - Build, sustain strong working relationships and work with traders and marketers, marketing support groups, middle office, Legal, cli...
