Partners with the Benefits Manager and cross-functional teams to oversee plan operations, manage vendor relationships, monitor cost and utilization trends, and ensure regulatory compliance. Supports benefits reporting, plan governance, and strategic decision-making to ensure programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational objectives. Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities Supports the administration and ongoing management of the Company’s health, welfare, and retirement benefit programs, including plan operations, eligibility, payroll integration, and data reconciliation.
