Introduction to the job Do you want to Lead and own the full installation of DUV systems from preparation to handover? Ensuring on-time, first-time-right, and high-quality performance within target KPIs, while working independently and in collaboration with Customer Support Stakeholders at local offices and customer sites, overseeing and supporting shift engineers working in various shift patterns and to travel up to 60% - 80% of the time? Role and responsibilities: The System Install Owner drives readiness, manages risks, and leads on-site execution to achieve installation project KPIs and quality targets. They take full accountability for results : anticipating deviations, defining recovery options, and driving decisions to secure delivery and quality. Beyond each install, they ensure KPI & Quality learnings are captured and embedded to prevent repeating issues and continuously improve future installations . You’ll be working for the TWINSCAN Factory (TF), which is responsible for the production of our Deep ultraviolet (DUV) machines.
