There are 2 openings.*** The Capacity Building Specialist I provides general administrative support to departmental operations by performing routine clerical tasks. This position helps ensure efficient workflow and can also include performing other duties as needed to support daily business functions. Responsibilities: -Provides general administrative assistance by answering phone calls, handling mail, preparing basic correspondence and performing routine office tasks to support daily departmental operations. -Creates, organizes and maintains both physical and electronic files, scans, indexes and stores documents and performs basic data entry and information updates to ensure accurate and accessible records. -Assist with special projects and operational needs by completing assigned tasks and supporting staff with other duties as required. -Other duties as assigned.
