Privacy and Security Compliance Specialist, RCI

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 7 years of experience in corporate compliance, risk management, investigation, auditing, legal, or consulting. - Experience with enterprise-wide/cross-functional project planning and execution. - Experience with building risk-based corporate compliance programs. Preferred qualifications: - Advanced degree in Compliance, Law, Business, or a related field. - Experience in corporate compliance program management principles, risk assessment methodologies, and internal control frameworks. - Experience with industry-accepted compliance policies and frameworks. - Experience working with Google Common Infrastructure (GCI) and Core, with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels, including executive leadership. - Ability to translate legal or regulatory requirements into concrete operational workflows and testable controls, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. - Excellent problem-solving skills.
