Maintenance Tech. I Department: Manufacturing: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Gainesville, FL: Reporting To: Derrick Floyd: Description: Support and maintain manufacturing and ancillary equipment under direct supervision. Responsibilities include performing and documenting preventive maintenance (daily, weekly, monthly, and annual) on equipment and fixtures in accordance with quality system SOPs and work instructions. This role works closely with Technical Service Leadership, Manufacturing Engineers, Machinists, and Maintenance Mechanics to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct and document daily, weekly, monthly and annual preventive maintenance and work orders on manufacturing and - support equipment and fixtures in accordance with the Quality System standard operating procedures and established - work instructions. - Troubleshoot and repair basic equipment failures that result in equipment downtime. - Utilize outside vendors if necessary to reduce equipment downtime. - Order and maintain the inventory of components and spare replacement parts to ensure manufacturing operation - minimizes downtime. - Assist in the preparatio...
