Come innovate with us!: Position Summary: In your role as a Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) / Thin Films Leader you'll lead the equipment engineering sub team dedicated to LAM vendor equipment. You'll be focused on configuring LAM tools for advanced 2nm technology nodes, coordinating tool installation, performing tool-to-tool matching, and qualifying the recipes. Long-term focus will be developing maintenance procedures, training programs, implementing defense lines to prevent excursions, and continuously improving tool metrics to meet manufacturing goals.
