Position Summary The Valuation Operations Team Member for the Appraisal Ordering Desk will assist in oversight of daily operations within the bank’s real estate appraisal department. This role is responsible for processing appraisal requests using specialized software to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely service delivery. The Valuation Operations Team Member will act as a liaison between internal stakeholders, external vendors, and the appraisal team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed. Experience in residential appraisal reviews is essential for this position to ensure the quality and appropriateness of appraisal reports for residential properties. This position receives day-to-day work direction from the Valuation Operations Coordinator.
