Site Manager Company: Alaska Waste, a Waste Connections Company Location: Kenai, AK Salary: $95,000–$105,000 annually Incentives: Cash and equity bonus opportunities Position Overview: Alaska Waste is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead daily operations at our Kenai and Seward, AK locations. This role is responsible for overseeing personnel, equipment, safety, compliance, customer relations, and financial performance. The Site Manager works closely with the District Manager to drive operational excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and support both short‑ and long‑term site growth. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong operational, financial, and people-management skills who is comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
