The Robotics Operations Quality Lead holds primary accountability for the facility’s performance during their assigned shift. This role ensures the seamless integration of human capital, robotic systems, and data integrity. The Shift Lead is responsible for driving excellence across key operational metrics while fostering a high-performance culture rooted in professional development and continuous process improvement. You will: Organizational Leadership - Direct Span of Control: Provide strategic and tactical direction across all roles on the shift including Operations Specialists, Technicians, and Data Collectors. - Employee Experience & Advocacy: Serve as the guardian of the workplace experience. Proactively identify the demands and requirements of the shift staff, transforming feedback into actionable initiatives that enhance operational ergonomics, engagement, and overall workplace satisfaction. - Mentorship: Utilize structured 1:1 coaching sessions as the primary mechanism to discuss career path, provide performance feedback, and prepare career paths for operators and supervisors.
