In this role, you’ll take projects from initial bid through post-award, working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to develop accurate, competitive estimates. What You’ll Do: · Prepare detailed cost estimates for a variety of project types (budgetary, public bids, GMP, etc.) · Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents to define scope, materials, and labor · Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for pricing and availability · Identify risks, clarify scope gaps, and provide value engineering options · Track project changes (RFIs, revisions, bulletins) and update estimates accordingly · Submit bids and maintain accurate project documentation · Support project teams post-award with pricing, change orders, and kickoff activities What We’re Looking For: · 3–5+ years of estimating experience (construction, fabrication, or related industry) · Ability...
