This position will foster positive relationships between employees and management by resolving conflicts, ensuring fair policy application, and promoting engagement, acting as a neutral liaison to handle grievances, investigations, disciplinary issues, and compliance with labor laws, ultimately aiming for a healthy, productive work environment.
