Position Summary Under the general direction of the Shift Manager, Table Games, this position is responsible for the overall management and profitability of table games on a shift basis while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members. Develops performance objectives and delivers performance evaluations for direct reports, implements all new table games initiatives as directed; actively participates in the recruitment and hiring process. Ensures adherence to the Company's policies and procedures, motivates and leads by example and supports Great Canadians learning environment while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members. Key Accountabilitie's: - Provides leadership and direction to the table games operations as well as develops performance objectives and delivers performance evaluations for direct reports - Monitors table games operations on a shift basis - May monitor slots at some locations - Responds to and resolves issues as escalated - Verifies requests for fills/credits on the gaming floor; verifies and maintains inventories - Verifies jackpots and table games wins - Assesses active table game performance/results a...
