MINNKOTA POWER COOPERATIVE: TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST I Minnkota Power is seeking qualified applicants for a Talent Acquisition Specialist I located at our headquarters in Grand Forks, North Dakota. The Talent Acquisition Specialist I is a highly visible and collaborative member of the Human Resources Department, supporting all aspects of talent acquisition. This position leads full-cycle recruiting and onboarding to meet hiring needs and deliver a positive new hire experience. The Talent Acquisition Specialist I partners with department managers to develop job descriptions, establish hiring criteria, and align compensation within the organization’s structure while executing effective sourcing and selection strategies. The role also coordinates onboarding processes, including orientation, compliance documentation, and follow-up engagement with new employees. This position also drives continuous improvement of recruiting and onboarding processes, tools, and metrics while supporting employee engagement and related HR initiatives.
