Job Title: Corporate Training Specialist II Department: Training Location: Within Segra footprint (preferred: Kansas City or Charlotte metro) Job Summary: The Corporate Training Specialist II is responsible for the development, coordination, implementation, and ongoing management of employee training programs across the organization. This role supports multiple departments and audiences, including individual contributors and people leaders, and is expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy to ensure training goals are met. The Corporate Training Specialist II partners closely with departmental leadership to develop effective training strategies and serves as a subject matter expert within assigned areas of responsibility.
