Affordable Housing Delivery Officer Permanent: Grade C - £35,412 - £44,075 per annum Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review Working 36.5 hours per week: About the Role: We are seeking a motivated Affordable Housing Delivery Officer to work in our team which focusses on accelerating the delivery of affordable homes across the city. You will work closely with Registered Providers, developers and funders to bring forward new schemes that meet Birmingham’s housing need. We are looking for candidates who want to contribute to providing residents of Birmingham safe, secure and sustainable homes. Successful applicants will have a good understanding of development and affordable housing, with a focus on project management, data analysis and an understanding of supporting and enabling partners to make real progress. We are looking for officers who have worked in development either for an RP or Local Authority, or who have a similar background in housing, regeneration, development, allocations, planning etc. The role is hybrid working, and onsite attendance is subject to service need.
