Company Overview: - Food Truck experience unlike any other - Sweeto Burrito was borne from the streets to take hunger to the mat with flavor worth fighting for. - Offering a wide variety of burritos Job Summary: - Maintain Guest satisfaction with the assistance of the staff - Coach and develop the team members on a daily basis to improve the guest experience - Able to discuss, report and obtain weekly budget goals with supervisor - Manage 2 operating vehicles, a truck and a trailer though fair weather around the Rapid City, Black Hills & Sturgis area in South Dakota Responsibilities: - Oversee Daily operations of both truck and trailer - Train and develop new team members - Maintain staffing levels - Adhere to all safety guidelines - Weekly Inventories and Schedules - Maintains a clean and fun work environment - Resolves Guest issues in a timely manner - Communicates regularly with supervisor and team members Qualifications: - Strong leadership skills - 2 plus years similar experience - Ability to work in fast paced environment Benefits/Perks: Compensation: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for empl...
