Tooling Mechanic-Quality Inspector Company: Boeing Test and Evaluation (BTE) is seeking a Tooling Mechanic-Quality Inspector to support the Quality Team in Berkeley, MO! Position Responsibilities: This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. - Perform inspection and/or process monitoring of tool fabrication processes, to ensure tools are built per the applicable drawing, specifications and procedures - Perform periodic tooling inspection using both physical and digital definition and interpret data for acceptance of tooling compliance - Utilize and/or interpret 3D measurement and analysis systems and software; such as Laser Trackers - Identify, investigate, and document nonconformance of materials, hardware, tools, tool assemblies or portions thereof, according to specification, processes and procedures utilizing appropriate computing applications - Ensure all parts/assemblies have been assembled per the tool drawing, specification and fabrication order - Verify record and re-inspect removals/reinstallations /rework of tooling components, as required - Maintain FOD requirements by particip...
