This program is mandated by federal and state regulations. The role includes providing guidance and training on program requirements to ensure adherence and compliance. This role is also responsible for overseeing the Equal Opportunity fact-finding investigative process and conducting fact-finding investigations concerning allegations related to Title VII (non-discrimination) complaints for the agency. This position collaborates with other HR managers and team members on employee matters that overlap into the Family Medical Leave Act, Paid Parental Leave, the Americans Disability Act, and Employee Relations matters.
