Job Description Summary Job Description: The Systems Engineering Team of GE HealthCare Austria is responsible for image quality optimizations, development of acoustic simulation systems, performing measurements in a certified laboratory, integrating new ultrasound probe in our ultrasound console and future platform developments of our high-end medical ultrasound products. In this position, you will be responsible for optimizations of new ultrasound technology. Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with the Engineering team - Conduct performance measurements along the processing pipeline of an ultrasound system - Analyze measurement data to evaluate key performance metrics and derive actionable conclusions - Document findings and analyses clearly to support further project development and decision-making Your Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Medical Engineering, or a related field - Comfortable working with Windows operating systems and common software tools (e.g., PowerPoint, development environments/IDEs) - Basic programming experience in C, C++,...
