Retail Risk and Compliance Lead – Colleague Safety £44,000 - £50,000 plus company car and excellent benefits (Work Level 6A) Home / field-based role covering the South of England, with travel around your region once/twice a week We’re looking for a Retail Risk and Compliance Lead to help us support the development and enhancement of our Co-op colleague safety policies, processes, and procedures. Why this role matters: In this role, it’ll be up to you to support a wide range of internal and external activity in the colleague safety space, such as policing, partnerships, campaigning, and store safety.
