Position Overview: Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading daily maintenance operations in a high-precision aerospace manufacturing environment, with primary responsibility for supporting CNC machining centers and related production equipment at our Fullerton, CA location. This role ensures maximum: equipment uptime, safe maintenance practices, and compliance with aerospace quality and California safety regulations. The Maintenance Supervisor provides hands-on technical leadership while developing a preventive maintenance culture that supports production schedules and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: ' Supervise maintenance support for CNC machines, including lathes, mills, multi-axis machining centers, and related automation. ' Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime. ' Coordinate emergency repairs and prioritize work orders based on production needs.
