Description The Position: As a Prep Cook, at Fireside Catering, you will be responsible for prepping ingredients for a wide variety of menus including high end weddings in a scratch kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, excellent knife skills, and experience in a professional kitchen environment. This job has flexible hours and can work well combined with other jobs. There are both full time and part time hours available.
