High-Level Overview: Our Operations team in Calgary is looking for a proactive Disbursement Operations Administrator to join our fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable. In this role, you will investigate payment statuses on behalf of our nonprofits and clients, process rejected payments, help process disbursements to nonprofits, and support the Operations team with a variety of client requests and daily operational tasks.
