Plant / Manufacturing Engineering Intern (3‑Month Internship) Role: Plant / Manufacturing Engineering Intern Program Assignment: WAYS Career Path Program – Internship / Early Career Track Internship Objective: Support plant engineering and manufacturing activities during the industrialization and project phases, while gaining practical, on‑site experience in production processes, tooling, and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment. Description of Main Tasks: - Support the industrialization of new products, including process adoption, basic tool optimization, and start‑up preparation - Assist in analyzing product and process data to understand cost, efficiency, and manufacturing feasibility - Support root cause analysis of process, material, or tooling issues during the project phase - Act as a supporting interface between engineering functions (e.g. CPS) and plant operations - Participate in continuous improvement activities focused on process stability and waste reduction - Provide on‑site support during tool launch activities, including coordination and documentation - Develop awareness of customer and quality requirements, including workplace design and layout...
