Job description

Develops courseware to support new and existing products, often though not exclusively in conjunction with Product Division. Deliver in person and e-learning training content for data center operations, covering mechanical, electrical, and controls systems, ensuring clear and engaging presentation to technicians, engineers, and operational staff. Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to facilitate scalable, accessible, and interactive training sessions, ensuring content is effectively delivered to diverse audiences. Monitor and assess learner progress during training sessions, using post-training assessments and feedback mechanisms to evaluate comprehension and skill application. Collaborate with training development teams and internal stakeholders to ensure training content aligns with operational needs, safety protocols, and industry standards. Adapt training delivery methods to accommodate different learning styles, incorporating hands-on demonstrations, virtual simulations, and interactive modules to enhance engagement and retention.
