Overview Come join our Twelve Oaks Recovery clinical team as a part-ime LPN for substance use disorder treatment! Shift Options: Day Shift: 7a-7p (2-12 hour shifts) Twelve Oaks Recovery Center is Florida’s leading provider of substance abuse treatment for people aged 18 and older with primary substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health diagnoses.
