What is the role?: The key reasonability of this role is to ensure the efficient and effective safe trimming or dismantling of trees through safe climbing techniques and safe work practices. You will rotate throughout the day between duties such as: - Safely climb, trim, and dismantle trees using approved climbing techniques, rope harness systems, and safe work practices. - Maintain safe working distances from powerlines and conductors, establish agreed vegetation drop zones, and conduct on-site risk assessments. - Inspect, maintain, and correctly use all climbing, plant, and chainsaw equipment, ensuring clear communication with observers and ground crew at all times. - Carry out vegetation trimming and removal in line with relevant standards, work instructions, and contract quali...
