We play a critical role in enabling and sustaining Microsoft’s Resiliency services within Air‑Gapped cloud environments, including Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery, Azure Migrate, and Azure Automation. In addition, we own and maintain the Microsoft Learn documentation specific to these highly regulated clouds, helping customers and partners succeed with clear, accurate guidance. Our dedication goes well beyond day‑to‑day support. We are responsible for maintaining, improving, and optimizing these services to ensure they remain secure, reliable, and performant in some of Microsoft’s most mission‑critical environments. This includes continuous monitoring, proactive issue identification and resolution, close collaboration with partner teams, and the implementation of best practices that strengthen resiliency and operational excellence across our cloud platforms.
