Job description
Reporting to the Director of Sales (DOS), the Senior Sales and Events Manager assists in overseeing the Conference Services team and designated Sales Managers and respective markets. This individual oversees strategic plans to bring business to both the Hotel and the Resort, identifies new business and expands existing business opportunities to develop increased sales. This role will assist the Director of Sales in working directly with the team on business opportunities and developing long-term strategic goals. This role will focus on Conference Services standards and deliverables and Sales Team strategic plans and revenue goals. This position is currently full-time based at the Sun Peaks Grand Hotel; hybrid option can be considered. Compensation Information: $80,000 per annum: Physical Requirement: Medium; work activities involve handling loads up to 20kg; predominantly in an indoor setting. This job position requires physical presence at the designated location; potential for hybrid.
