Southwest General Home Care: Fulltime: Mon-Fri 8:30 am-5:00 pm: Territory COTA: Cleveland, Amherst, Avon, Tipton, Lorain, Olmsted Falls, North Olmsted, Brook Park, Parma Heights, Bay Village and surrounding areas SUMMARY: The Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) provides comprehensive skilled care as ordered by the attending physician within specified geographical territory. The OTA educates patients and their family members and ensures the safety of the patient. The OTA is accountable for completing accurate documentation and remains compliant with all legal rules and regulations.
