YOUR MISSION (The Job Description) The Recruiter will play an important role for sourcing candidates at all levels, partnering with local and national organizations, growing brand and name recognition while ensuring the recruitment of a viable workforce for the Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. The Recruiter will be responsible for professional recruiting for management, salaried, technical, and executive positions; in addition to various hourly positions, as needed. The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified, and capable talent.
